Seeking an Administrative Support Level II to assist a government client in Frederick, MD.
Responsibilities include managing scheduling, business functions, and travel arrangements; performing clerical tasks like drafting correspondence, reports, and memos per Army regulations; gathering and verifying data; creating reports and visuals; designing workflows; and supporting communication during meetings.
Requirements: a minimum of a high school diploma, at least three years of administrative experience in areas like finance or logistics, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and MS Teams, and strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Preferred: Army Medical Command logistics experience.
Citizenship and clearance: U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
