Client Overview:

Our client is a prominent global advertising and marketing agency known for its innovative campaigns and commitment to creative excellence. The agency supports diverse clients across various industries and fosters a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and development. They are currently seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist the marketing team within their New York City headquarters.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Support professional will provide administrative support to the marketing team while gaining hands-on experience in a creative agency environment. This role is heavily focused on scheduling, inbox management, reception, filing, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
  • Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain marketing databases and track engagement metrics.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure all communications align with organizational values.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Support:
  • Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Support:
  • Experience in marketing or community outreach.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (graduating between 2024 and 2026).
