On-Call Administrative Support Specialist Are you looking for a role where every day brings something new? What You'll Do Provide administrative and clerical support across departments. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Contribute to the smooth operation of scientific and operational teams. Gain exposure to different areas of the Laboratory while building your professional skill set. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Experience in administrative, secretarial, or clerical roles with transferable skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and eagerness to learn new systems such as SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of administrative/secretarial experience. Familiarity with PeopleSoft (highly desirable). Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements. Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
