Responsibilities may include maintaining databases, processing time and attendance records, assisting with budget and purchasing tasks, tracking expenditures, managing supply closet inventory, coordinating outgoing and incoming mail, and supporting records and filing systems.

You'll also assist with specialized department projects, including RedSpeed evidence packets, MSBU graphics, review of MSBU meeting minutes, OptiSigns updates, Kudos recognition, event planning, and other communications or administrative assignments. You may also help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, support travel arrangements, and assist with vendor communication.

If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy balancing customer service, creative projects, and administrative support, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the success of the department and the services it provides to the community.
