    Description

    Mountain Projects is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
    • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
    • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
    • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination when required.
    • Assist with preparing reports, maintaining databases, and generating routine administrative documents.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
    • Perform general office duties and other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
    • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
    • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience using office management, scheduling, or document management software.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
