We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our real estate management office. This role is the first point of contact for tenants, clients, vendors, and visitors, while also providing essential administrative support to the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings as needed
Maintain office calendars, records, and filing systems (digital and paper)
Assist with lease documentation, correspondence, and tenant communications
Process incoming mail, invoices, and basic data entry
Coordinate with maintenance vendors and track work orders
Support property managers with administrative tasks and special projects
Ensure the front office remains organized and presentable
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (real estate or property management a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
Customer-service mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
