Pay range- $20 - $22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Support logistics and carrier operations through scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data from multiple systems to create reports, presentations, process documentation, and operational insights.
Manage financial and administrative tasks, including cost reporting, invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and budget support.
Handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while exercising strong judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, administrative support, or a related field.
Experience working across multiple systems and preparing reports and presentations.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and potentially lead or direct the work of others. Reliable transportation.
Excellent attendance and punctuality (attendance is a major priority).
Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or carrier management operations.
Experience with financial reporting, invoice reconciliation, and budget support.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
