Administrative Support

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume data entry, is highly accurate, and can maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume customer orders accurately, including product information, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and special instructions.
• Review and verify order information, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections prior to processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Support daily administrative functions and assist with order-related inquiries.
• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, clerical, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
