Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and assist with QuickBooks.
- Provide administrative and office support.
- Assist with basic programming and technology projects.
- Troubleshoot basic IT and software issues.
- Maintain digital records and company systems.
- Create reports and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Support process improvement and special projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer and digital skills.
- Basic programming or IT troubleshooting knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
