Transaction Processor Associate – Open Enrollment

Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associates to provide transaction processing support during the open enrollment period.
This position works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is responsible for researching, analyzing, processing, and updating consumer information across multiple computer systems. Successful candidates must be able to process transactions accurately, maintain strong productivity and quality standards, and work independently following initial training.
This role is particularly well suited for candidates with experience in transaction processing, eligibility determination, benefits processing, healthcare administration, claims processing, data entry, or other high-volume back-office operations.
The position specifically provides open enrollment transaction support.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, process, and update consumer information using multiple systems.
- Process transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and minimize processing errors.
- Meet or exceed established daily productivity standards.
- Meet Quality Assurance Plan requirements and established quality metrics.
- Review information carefully and identify, document, and correct quality issues.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of procedures and operating systems.
- Complete assigned transactions within required deadlines and contractual guidelines.
- Provide professional internal and external customer service.
- Organize and prioritize work in a high-volume processing environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and workload requirements.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Work independently with limited supervision after completing initial training.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach in a fast-paced work environment.

- Ability to type at least 45 WPM required.
