We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable professionals for a high-volume Transaction Processing opportunity supporting healthcare enrollment operations in East Hartford, CT. Position Overview:
The Transaction Processing Associate will support healthcare open enrollment operations by researching, reviewing, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards, and a professional customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently within established procedural guidelines
- Research and update consumer information using internal systems
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Adhere to attendance and workplace policies
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Strong data entry and administrative support experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads
- Comfortable working within multiple computer systems and software platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently after training
- Must be able to maintain accuracy while working at a sustained production pace
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Prior eligibility determination, healthcare enrollment, or transaction processing experience preferred
Work Environment:
- Office-based environment
- Fast-paced production setting
- Overtime and occasional evening/weekend hours may be required
