Pay Rate: Up to $20.69/hr

Position Overview
The Transaction Processing Associate will support healthcare open enrollment operations by researching, reviewing, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards, and a professional customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within established procedural guidelines
• Research and update consumer information using internal systems
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance standards
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
• Adhere to attendance and workplace policies
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues when necessary

• Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Strong data entry and administrative support experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads
• Comfortable working within multiple computer systems and software platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently after training
• Must be able to maintain accuracy while working at a sustained production pace
