Transaction Processor Associate III
Location: East Hartford, CT 06108
Pay: $21.02/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Duration: August 17, 2026 – November 15, 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associates to support a high-volume administrative processing team in East Hartford, CT. In this role, you will research, analyze, and update consumer information while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and exceptional quality. This position supports open enrollment processing and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Successful candidates are dependable, organized, and able to balance speed with accuracy while meeting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Process transactions accurately while following established procedures and guidelines.
Research, review, and update consumer information across multiple computer systems.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal errors.
Complete assigned work within established deadlines and contract requirements.
Provide professional internal and external customer service.
Learn and effectively utilize company software and operating systems.
Identify, document, and resolve processing discrepancies.
Work independently after completing training while maintaining productivity expectations.
Follow attendance, security, and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Previous transaction processing, eligibility determination, data entry, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute is required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Work Environment
Professional office setting.
High-volume, production-based environment.
Primarily seated position with extensive computer use.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Overtime, evening, and occasional weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
