The Transaction Processor Associate III supports open enrollment and transaction processing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reporting to the Transaction Processing Supervisor, this role involves researching, analyzing, and updating consumer data across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Process all transactions with accuracy and within established procedural guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Research and update consumer information across multiple databases and systems.
Deliver professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders, including Conduent employees, Access Health, and DSS.
Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable systems, procedures, and performance expectations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet project and contractual deadlines.
Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude in all aspects of the role.
Adhere to the project site attendance and performance policies.
Education: College degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in eligibility determination or transaction processing preferred.
Technical Skills:
Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Proficiency in PC-based systems and standard office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and data verification capabilities.
Ability to work independently after training and adapt to changing priorities.

Primarily office-based role requiring regular sitting and computer use.
