Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – Completion
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First 6 Weeks)
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Transaction Processors to support high-volume claims and correspondence processing operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming documents, reviewing instructions, and accurately sorting materials in a fast-paced production environment.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and consistency in maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Open incoming mail and remove contents for processing

• Sort documents into designated bins based on instructions and guidelines

• Read and interpret processing instructions to ensure accurate classification

• Maintain high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment

• Follow established workflows and quality standards

• Ensure proper handling and organization of documents

• Support general clerical and processing tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

• Strong reliability and attendance

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

• No weekends required during training

• Must be able to work until daily work is completed ("clean desk”)
