Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented candidate with a background in heavy administration, scheduling, coordination, and/or event planning to support their recruitment team. While this is not a path to a recruiter, there is opportunity for growth and to take on additional responsibilities. The role is hybrid typically, but will require some weeks fully onsite in Fairfield County, CT. Up to $150K base.

Description
- Manage complex calendar coordination and high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional communication
- Coordinate in-person interview days, including room bookings, scheduling adjustments, catering arrangements, and candidate hospitality
- Support recruiting events, campus programs, internship initiatives, and networking functions by coordinating logistics and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, candidate reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within recruiting and HR systems
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, external agencies, and vendors to ensure recruiting processes run smoothly
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator or similar support role
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with ATS platforms or HR systems is a plus, but not required
