Summary:
We are looking for an Administrator for the Corporate Counsel’s Office where you can make a real impact at The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (the “ASPCA”) by supporting the day-to-day administration of the Corporate Counsel’s Office. Working at the ASPCA means you’ll be part of an established team of experts on the frontlines to save, transform and protect the lives of millions of animals.

What You’ll Do
The Administrator, Corporate Counsel’s Office should be able to manage a great number of details in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of players. The Administrator, Corporate Counsel’s Office must be extremely well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with sound judgment and terrific people skills. A high level of professionalism and discretion is crucial for this role.
The Administrator, Corporate Counsel’s Office reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Legal Officer and has no direct reports.
Where and When You’ll Work
This position provides the ability to work remotely up to four days per week, with approximately one day per week on site. It requires the ability and willingness to travel up to 5% annually, as needed, and is open to all eligible candidates based within the United States.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
The target hiring range for this role is $38.00 - $40.40 per hour
