About the Role: Little Achievers Learning Center Inc. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Administrator/Family Worker to join our team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations including recordkeeping, scheduling, and correspondence
Serve as a primary point of contact for families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and enrollment needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date child and family files in compliance with licensing regulations
Coordinate family engagement activities, workshops, and community outreach programs
Support staff by managing office supplies, communications, and administrative tasks
Assist families in connecting with community resources and social services as needed
Ensure compliance with state and local childcare licensing requirements and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field preferred
Prior experience in a childcare, social services, or administrative setting strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families and staff
Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Knowledge of DCFS regulations and childcare licensing standards is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
