Job Description
Under the supervision of the Regional Center Administrator, the Administrator in Training (AIT) provides hands-on assistance in Long-Term Care leadership with the management of daily operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
The AIT position is designed for individuals pursuing a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license under the guidance of an experienced Administrator. AIT candidates must meet the minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence.
