The Oregon School District seeks an administrator intern to work at Oregon High School starting in the 2026-27 school year.
The administrator intern program is a unique program that offers educators an opportunity to gain experience as an administrator. This is a one-year program with the potential to be renewed annually up to three years. At the end of each year, the intern will have the opportunity to return to a classroom teaching position. All interns are offered a regular contract with continued employment in the District.
The ideal candidate will have an administrator license or be enrolled in a licensing program, have successful leadership experience, be committed to offering an equitable environment and personalized learning instruction to all students, with a specific focus on student engagement. This position is expected to work occasional evenings and weekends to attend school events. This position also helps with summer school and requires additional summer days to support strategic planning.
