LNH Administrator
$130,000-$150,000 Annual Salary 

Susquahanna Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking to add a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to its team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily facility operations while promoting high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for residents and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily facility operations in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain operational oversight of all departments including Nursing, Therapy, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities, Human Resources, and Business Office operations
  • Promote high-quality resident care, safety, compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leaders, medical staff, residents, families, and governing bodies to support effective facility operations
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns while fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and transparency
  • Support staffing oversight, employee performance management, training, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and interdisciplinary meetings
  • Ensure confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safety standards are maintained
  • Represent the organization professionally within the facility and community
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and completion of Nursing Home Administration course required
  • Current LNHA license required
  • Minimum of 1 year of qualifying field experience in an Administrator-In-Training Program required
  • Assistant Administrator experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to leadership and care
