Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. 10+ years of Hands experience in Windchill Administration, Windchill Upgrade
2. Lead the administration of PTC Windchill PDMLink, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and upgrades.
3. Oversee Windchill security, user/group management, license usage optimization, and access control policies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM strategy and system roadmaps aligned with business needs.
5. Drive integration initiatives with CAD (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and other enterprise systems.
6. Manage and maintain Windchill Info*Engine tasks, scheduled jobs, and background queues.
7. Provide technical leadership during major version upgrades, data migrations, and system consolidations.
8. Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and mentor junior admins or technical staff.
9. Should have working knowledge in Windchill PLM Domain and experience in Medical device is preferred
10. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
11. Relevant certifications in PLM are advantageous
