Job Description: Responsible for managing office operations, coordinating resources, maintaining records, and supporting staff to ensure smooth and efficient organizational functioning.

Duties:
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keep records and reports up to date.
  • Help maintain the budget plan.
  • Organize and schedule meetings.
  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
Qualifications: 
  • 1-2 years medical office administrative experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  •  Bilingual.
  • Experience in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook.
