About the Position:
- Human Resources Generalist (50%)
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across the region
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Support benefits administration and HR-related communications
- Recruiting (50%)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct background and reference checks as required
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
