    About the Position:

    Human Resources Generalist (50%)

    Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across the region

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

    Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution

    Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

    Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

    Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

    Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives

    Support benefits administration and HR-related communications

    Recruiting (50%)

    Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

    onboarding

    Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies

    Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms

    Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands

    Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

    Conduct background and reference checks as required

    Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent

    experience)

    2+ years of recruiting experience preferred

    Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

    Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
