Supervisor: Director of Administration Position Summary
The Administrator provides vital support to the Service Department, with a focus on data entry, document review, invoicing, and general administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities Review inspection reports to ensure proper formatting, accuracy, grammar, and professionalism before submission to customers/owners Process inspection paperwork and submit through applicable third-party reporting systems Prepare and issue invoices for completed inspections Answer and direct phone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Key Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing shifting priorities Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly Familiarity with general office equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to company culture through daily interactions Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and adapt as needed Willingness to assist with project work and develop a broad understanding of company operations
