Pay Range: $31.00hr - $36hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Tech savvy.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and implement office processes and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support print device and mail services, office and supply inventory management, and conference room/AV support.
- Deliver paper for all office equipment and act as first responder for print device issues.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies.
- Process outgoing pre-stamped personal USPS and business FedEx packages.
- Verify, sign, deliver, and record all incoming and outgoing accountable mail.
- Sort and deliver incoming FedEx, DHL, UPS, and postal service mail.
- Handle rush pick-up and delivery requests.
- Maintain and provide specialized mailing forms such as Express, Registered, Certified, and Insured.
- Interact daily with vendors to ensure procedures and work standards for mail center operations are maintained.
- Coordinate audio-visual equipment and prepare facilities for meetings, including Skype, WebEx, teleconference, and VTC.
- Prepare coffee and set out snacks for meetings as needed.
- Establish and maintain par levels for all required basic office supplies, including water and coffee.
- Manage, maintain, clean, and organize supply stops and storage areas.
- Acquire conference room supplies including snacks, pens, notepads, and flip charts.
- Assist with special projects such as employee desk moves.
- Create and maintain office phone lists and desk assignments.
- Track personnel moves within the facility.
- Prepare business correspondence, agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Schedule, coordinate, and order catering for meetings and events.
- Identify, evaluate, research, and recommend solutions to office services related issues.
- Coordinate between departments and operating units to resolve day-to-day administrative issues.
- Assist with administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage.
- Actively participate in the Emergency Fire Warden Safety program.
- Serve as the receptionist at the front desk location.
