Position Description: House Supervisor

BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Administrator On Duty to join our outstanding and compassionate Nursing Administration team at St. Joseph's Hospital - North.

The House Supervisor responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments.
• Collaborating with the nursing teams, the House Supervisor is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement.
• Acting as a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Qualifications: Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS Certification is required
• Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
• Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience: · 3 years of RN experience in acute care.· 1 year of RN experience in ER or critical care is preferred.Specific Skills:
