About the Role
The Residential Program Supervisor (Evenings) provides leadership and oversight for residential programming during afternoon and evening hours within our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC), a 24-hour residential program serving youth ages 8-18 referred by DCFS and ISBE. This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth while supervising direct care staff and responding to critical incidents and emergencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a confident leader, remains calm in crisis situations, and is passionate about supporting youth on their path toward healing and growth.
