Rat Exclusion Service LLC.  is a family-owned business established in 2014. We are in the business of giving people their homes back from the invasion of rats. Yes, it can be an ugly job--but somebody has to do it, and our clients are overjoyed by the results we provide. 
The best part? We are not an extermination company. Rather, our services focus on eradicating problems and then excluding them. At RES, we use poison-free techniques and time-tested processes to keep rats and mice out of homes and structures.

What exactly does our Administrator/ Team dispatch do? 
Well, it’s pretty straightforward. Our Admin is primarily responsible for, but not limited to; answering phone and communicating with homeowners courteously and professionally, scheduling and reporting to team members, data entry into company CRM (Client retention management), utilizing Canva, and customer outreach. Additional requirements include: 

• 
  Type 40 words per minute
• Ability to work independently in an office and arrive on time 8:00 AM
• Capacity to document services and complete reports 
• Ability to navigate computer systems and apps
• Invoicing, collecting payments

What you need to apply:

• 
  A valid driver’s license
• Your HS diploma or GED
• A clean and kempt appearance
• Desire to grow with a team
• 2 years of customer service and administrator experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
