Full Time 1.0FTE 40hrs/week
Location: Split between Fertility Care Office at Suburban Outpatient Pavillion and Menopause Care Office in Centerville. (75% Fertility Care 25% Menopause Care)
Summary:
The Administrator Practice Operations of Penn Fertility Care Lancaster and Penn Menopause Care Centerville plays a critical leadership role in advancing women's health by ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and strategic program growth across two highly specialized practices. This position supports women through all stages of life-from family-building and reproductive care to menopause and healthy aging-while fostering an integrated, patient-centered experience. The role maintains a collaborative dotted-line relationship with the off-site Laboratory Director, who provides oversight of the on-site Embryology and Andrology Laboratories, ensuring alignment with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
