This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can manage multiple priorities work collaboratively and deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.You will play a key role in ensuring settlement requests and related processes are completed accurately efficiently and in line with company policies and legal requirements. A strong focus on meeting service level agreements SLAs and delivering excellent customer service is essential.Processing all settlement requests accurately and within agreed SLAs ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirementsHandling incoming queries from both internal and external customers providing timely and professional supportManaging correspondence effectively maintaining organised records and responding within agreed timeframesDeveloping a strong understanding of lease agreements service and rental and identifying opportunities for process improvementWorking collaboratively within the Settlements team to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.Proven experience in an administrative role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Confident working both independently and as part of a team.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel with any experience of Oracle or Siebel an advantage.Ability to interpret data and present information clearly.A proactive positive can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
