Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day facility operations, partner with physicians and governing leadership, and build a high-performing environment focused on quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:- Direct daily administrative, clinical-support, and business operations of the surgery center

- Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards, serving as a key operational liaison
- Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
- Monitor financial and operational performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience
- Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred
- Hospital Surgical Services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered
- Experience working with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance, staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance
