Administrator- Warehouse

• This position reports to our Central Supply but will be physically located onsite at our 7 North mine Portal.

Job Description:

• Represents the company in a professional manner while providing customer service that aligns with Warrior Met Coal vision and values

• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

• Maintains inventory accuracy by receiving and issuing inventory directly to mine site.

• Work directly with mine management to ensure correct inventory practices are met.

• Participate in inventory monitoring activities, including regular cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory of warehouse materials per established policies & procedures.

• Ensure inventory is controlled and maintained with high quality for the purpose of audits.

• Requisitions inventory items as necessary to maintain appropriate stock levels to support operations.

• Implements security controls within the warehouse & supply yard areas.

• Administer all repairable cores (motor's, electrical breakers, tires, etc.)

• Provides quality customer service by following organization standards.

• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

• Operates forklift and other warehouse tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift driving experience.
• Well versed with basic computer systems, inventory software and systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Job location will be at our 7 North Mine portal.
