Description
Join our dedicated educational team to assist in the coordination and management of after-school tutoring programs specifically designed for Title I students. As an essential part of our mission to support underprivileged learners, you will ensure smooth facilitation of tutoring sessions, helping students to achieve academic success.
Coordinate tutoring schedules and assign personnel to appropriate shifts.
Monitor tutoring sessions to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about student progress.
Handle administrative tasks such as resource allocation and tracking supplies.
Pending Title I Application Approval & Student Participation
Salary: Stipend: $2,000
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid New Jersey Principal Certification.
Experience working with Title I programs or similar educational settings.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with developing and implementing curriculum or tutoring programs.
Ability to track and report student progress effectively.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools and software.
