Choate Rosemary Hall is hiring an Admission Administrative Assistant position to join our Admissions department. The Admission Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the Admission Office, including direct support to the Director of Financial Aid. The position also supports the Director of Financial Aid and Financial Aid Committee through data entry, maintenance and completion of Clarity applications, communication with new and returning financial aid students and families, and other administrative responsibilities related to the financial aid process.
This is a full-time, hourly/non-exempt, year-round position scheduled to work Monday through Friday during first shift, 7.5 hours per day, with 1,950 annual budgeted hours.
