Job Description
  • Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to routine questions or forward to appropriate party, all incoming calls to the Office of College Admission
  • Keep reception area well organized, with pertinent information on all programs and services easily accessible.
  • Provides excellent customer service, administrative support, and problem solving related to prospective students, departmental records. Processes, updates, and supports departmental records and data. Provides a wide range of administrative support duties.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail. Scan, index, and match documents to applicant records
  • Performs data entry and data corrections
  • Coordinate bulk shipments of Admission publications. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs, serves as the front desk receptionist.
  • Answers phones, welcomes visitors
