    About the Role

    Are you a motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping them reach their career goals? We are looking for an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team and help prospective students take the next step toward a rewarding career in healthcare.

    This is a fast-paced, goal-driven, student-facing position. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with prospective students, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by helping people move from inquiry to enrollment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a pipeline of prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions

    • Conduct student interviews, campus tours, and follow-up activities

    • Educate prospective students on programs, career opportunities, admissions requirements, and student services

    • Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process

    • Partner with students to identify programs that align with their career goals

    • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and active applicants

    • Participate in open houses, career fairs, community events, orientations, and other recruitment activities

    • Build relationships with prospective students and community partners to generate new leads and referrals

    • Maintain accurate applicant records and activity in the CRM

    • Work toward individual and team enrollment goals

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or equivalent college education preferred

    • 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar goal-oriented role preferred

    • Experience working with prospective customers, students, clients, or applicants

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and conducting follow-up

    • Confident presenting information and building relationships

    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
