Admissions & Enrollment AssistantSan Diego Jewish Academy | San Diego, CA San Diego Jewish Academy (SDJA) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused Admissions & Enrollment Assistant to support our Admissions team throughout the student recruitment and enrollment journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and creating exceptional experiences for prospective families from their first inquiry through enrollment. As one of the first points of contact for prospective families, you will play an important role in representing SDJA's welcoming community while ensuring a seamless admissions process through outstanding communication, organization, and administrative support. What You'll Do- Enter and maintain accurate prospective student information in the admissions tracking system and enrollment database.
- Process student applications and guide applicants through each stage of the admissions and enrollment process.
- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries received through the Admissions email inbox, ensuring timely, professional communication.
- Send personalized follow-up communications to prospective families after campus tours and admissions events.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for campus tours and admissions visits.
- Schedule interviews between prospective families and Upper School administrators and faculty.
- Process international student visa documentation and coordinate required paperwork.
- Coordinate student onboarding with the Business Office to transition accepted applicants into enrolled students.
- Process security clearances and background screening requirements while coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Update admissions communications, templates, and email campaigns to align with current marketing initiatives and branding.
- Assist with admissions events, recruitment activities, and enrollment initiatives.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new admissions projects, process improvements, and department initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while ensuring data integrity across admissions systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families, students, and community partners throughout the admissions process.

- Experience working in admissions, education, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
