Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Greeting customers with a smile and assisting with their shopping experience
- Sell daily admission, season passes, and all other products in an efficient and friendly manner
- Sell various merchandise
- Receive payment by credit cards, vouchers, gift cards or automatic debits
- Offer additional products to offer the best park experience
- Have excellent payment handling skills so that the transaction can be fast, friendly, and fun
- Merchandise and maintain sales displays
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Must be at least 16* years of age
- Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Energy and enthusiasm for long days
- Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.
- Ability to climb stairs
