Position Overview
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for achieving and maintaining optimal community occupancy. This role drives revenue via direct sales interactions with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral networks. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in healthcare outside sales, specifically generating high-quality admissions leads for senior living, home health, or similar healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts community marketing, direct sales activities, tours, and outreach events.
Generates new prospective resident leads and executes structured follow-up strategies.
Establishes relationships with healthcare professionals and community referral resources.
Monitors sales pipelines and key performance metrics to optimize monthly occupancy.
Develops and implements an annual Marketing Action Plan with monthly updates.
Manages facility marketing budgets and census guidelines set by Avant.
Coordinates innovative, purposeful in-house events to generate community foot traffic.
Performs deep-dive competitor studies analyzing rates, services, and marketing strategies.
Manages inventory and local distribution of all physical collateral and materials.
Tracks marketplace trends to proactively adjust local community marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or higher required.
Proven outside sales experience with a focus on lead generation in senior living or healthcare.
Strong relational skills with a talent for consultative sales, inquiry management, and closing.
Experience creating, tracking, and executing strategic annual marketing plans.
Ability to analyze local competitor data, market shifts, and pricing models.
High organizational skills to manage community events and marketing collateral.
Proficiency in CRM software and tracking sales pipeline data.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
