Job Summary
The Division of Continuing Education (CE) at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking applicants for several Admissions and Operations Sr. Professionals! This role supports online professional graduate programs, and/or online post baccalaureate programs and is responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling a comprehensive recruiting strategy for these young and growing programs. Ideal candidates will need to be creative and innovative self-starters able to establish a recruiting pipeline and grow enrollment.
We seek multifaceted individuals with the drive and analytical skills to create thoughtful, strategic recruitment campaigns, project management skills to originate and lead complex initiatives, and emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and provide prospective online students with excellent enrollment support. The recruitment approach for CU Boulder Online relies on high-touch engagement with, and nurturing of, prospective students. Candidates should be familiar with online learning, nontraditional students, recruitment and admission procedures, advising practices, and financial aid.

The annual salary range for these full-time positions is $62,400 - 68,000.
