The Admissions and Recruitment Manager is responsible for the operational management of the School of Pharmacy’s admissions pipeline and the execution of its recruitment strategy. This full-time, 12‑month position includes designated in-person workdays, with offsite outreach recruitment needs and seasonal demands. Evening, weekend, and statewide travel are required based on the needs of the program.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and applicant students, coordinates admissions processes, manages communication workflows, and represents the School at recruitment events. The Manager plays a critical role in cultivating strong applicant pools, supporting prospective students from first inquiry through matriculation, and implementing recruitment activities that advance the School’s enrollment goals. The position collaborates closely with, and under the guidance of, the Director for Recruitment and Admissions, as well as with faculty, staff, pre-pharmacy advisors, and campus partners to promote the School of Pharmacy and support the strategic goals of the program.
