Admissions Assistant

Pay: $18-$22/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming admission experience for our residents and families.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the admissions process from referral to arrival
• Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to coordinate admissions
• Prepare and manage admission paperwork and documentation
• Verify insurance and gather necessary resident information
• Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for incoming residents

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or admissions experience preferred, but not required
