Working closely with the Director of Enrollment Management, they ensure a responsive, organized, and welcoming experience for prospective families.
The role involves coordinating logistics, managing communications, maintaining accurate data in the CRM system, and supporting event planning for open houses and campus visits.
Key responsibilities include serving as the first contact for families, tracking applications, preparing admissions materials, assisting with event logistics, updating CRM records, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, experience with databases (Blackbaud preferred), and a commitment to serving students with learning differences. Relevant experience or education is considered. Salary ranges from $48,000 to $58,000.
