Requires organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer service skills, grammar and spelling competency, reading comprehension of written instructions, and verbal instruction follow‑through. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, regulatory agencies, etc., using strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to exercise professional independent judgment in planning work, formulating recommendations, and making decisions.Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
