We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations.
Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Responding to emails promptly
  • Managing and tracking swag inventory
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Ensuring the office remains open and operational during training sessions and staff meetings

The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in higher education is preferred but not required.
