River House Wellness is a premier mental health treatment center seeking an experienced Admissions Representative to join our team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for a polished, high-performing professional who understands how to connect with prospective clients, families, and referral sources with both compassion and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of admissions experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, along with a strong sales acumen and a proven ability to guide qualified leads through the admissions process with professionalism, urgency, and care.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of admissions experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or residential treatment setting
• Strong sales ability and confidence converting inquiries into admissions
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Experience with insurance verification, intake coordination, and admissions systems
• Professional, polished, and service-driven presence
