Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admissions Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the admissions process. This role is responsible for application review, interview and assessment coordination, document tracking, and system management, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify application materials using established checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy

Track application progress and follow up on missing documents with students and families

Coordinate and schedule admissions-related activities, including interviews and MAP assessments

Maintain and organize applicant records, contracts, and required forms

Utilize systems such as Blackbaud and Airtable for data entry, updates, and tracking

Send standardized email communications and follow up as needed throughout the admissions process

Monitor deadlines and send reminders for contracts, forms, and required documentation

Collaborate with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure timely information flow

Support process improvements and provide general administrative support to the admissions team

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an Admissions Assistant or in an administrative role at an education industry.

Familiarity with admissions processes, application review, and student record management

Experience coordinating interviews, assessments (e.g., MAP), and application tracking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Blackbaud and/or Airtable preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage professional email correspondence

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service mindset and team collaboration skills
