      Job Description:

      Job Summary

      Extensive travel to high schools, college fairs, community colleges and other recruitment events. Assessment of first-year and transfer applications and transcripts for admissibility, contact with prospective and current student applicants, communication both orally and written with both internal and external customers.  

      Authority and Accountability

      Reports to Charles Overholt - Assistant Director of Admissions 

      Required/Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree 
      • 1-3 years of related experience
      • Valid driver's license with less than 5 points required for extensive travel

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master's degree and professional experience in an educational environment, communication, sales and/or marketing and bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
      • Be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 

      Additional Job Information:

      The position is a Contingent II, full-time, exempt position.
